The Creighton Bluejays returned home to Omaha on Sunday evening. They welcomed their Cornhusker State rivals, the Nebraska Cornhuskers , to CenturyLink Center Omaha, as both teams came into the game with identical 6-2 records.
This last weekend of the regular season was pretty light on games, so likewise, we come up a little light on the Cob nominations.
Gator Bowl records : Georgia 2-0-1 ; Nebraska 1-0 . Rivalry : 1-1 . Georgia and Nebraska will meet for the third time in history - all in bowl games - when the Bulldogs and the Cornhuskers meet at EverBank Field on Jan. 1 in the Taxslayer.com Gator Bowl.
