Midshipmen Make It Six in a Row vs. Falcons
COLORADO SPRINGS, Oct. 4 -- Navy's offensive players had the privilege of running the final seconds off the clock in their 33-27 victory over Air Force in front of 46,339 at Falcon Stadium on Saturday afternoon. But the players who were happily hopping up and down on the sideline -- the special teams and defensive stalwarts -- figured most prominently in the victory.
The Midshipmen blocked two punts and returned both for touchdowns. Senior Matt Harmon kicked four field goals, tying a school record. And the defense recovered two fumbles deep in Falcons territory that led to 10 points.
