'Noles escape with win

Miami came back b/c FSU let them... PERIOD!
WAKE UP HYDE!

UMs offense, outside of a reverse after FSU fumbled, and a few trick plays never established any sort of consistency. UM won the special teams battle big, but outside of that, FSU won the offensive and defensive battles convincingly (see stats). They were in this game at the end b/c FSU let them back in w/mistakes.

I thought I was watching a Pop Warner football game. These fools would be lucky to bea a High School team.

At least they are probably good at academics.

the game was almost handed to UM on a platter. geez, maybe its time to reevaluate these programs and see that FSU is progressing faster than UM in their respective paths to notoriety.

The Canes are a joke. Shannon is not a good head coach.
The canes are undisciplined on the field and usually out schemed.
How many times have they started the game flat, rally, then make the same stupid mistakes and penalties to lose the game.
This staff can make great talent look average.
We had a shot at Butch Davis and Urban Meyer but we got a sophmore want to be that is better suited to be a D.C.
Prepare for more of the same thanks to Shalayla.

Is there anywhere in South Florida I can get an unbialsed article about the game? Miami never held a lead, and really only has the weather to thank for their second half effort. But maybe your right, maybe FSU is just "average", in which case it shows what Miami is really made of.

Ah so maybe it was you that they were referring to!
I ran into some UM fans coming back from the game told me that they had given some of the female FSU fans a bit of a "sore sports" difficult time because it smelled like the FSU fan(s) had not had hygiene for sometime, they were talking about having a shower and washing your body cavities and so it was very disturbing to them and they were trying to protect their smell sense. It is funny that you call them scum because they were thinking the same or worse about you.

You're kidding, right? I mean, the Canes more-or-less own the Noles and you win one game and you're running your mouth????? Miami sucks and the Noles still almost gave the game away. Your team aint much better. If I were you, I'd shut up and worry about your team's future just like the Cane's fans are worried (or should be). If the Noles didn't win a game here and there, then it wouldn't be much of a rivalry to pay attention to.

Ok lets not get to excited FSU fan I mean you lost to Wake and they lost to Navy, and when its all settled you'll have just as many loses as we will.
Now again we see Randy out of his league. why not go for 2 on either touchdown, Why burn all 3 timeouts on Defense and the after the timeout we give up a big play.

Also Mr Walton needs to go right now third and goal from the 20 and we give up a 20 yard run up the gut.

Opposing teams are 16 for 16 in the red zone, I think this man really sucks bad and needs to go now!!!!!

Over all I think this game will help us in the end, there was no quitting, I agree FSU tried to give us this game a bunch of times, but we never quit.

Miami has a long way to go and we need to tap into the old cane coachs that made up what we use to be,talent isnt going to be enough, we need the right coaches to bring us back to the glory day. Look at the staff on the 01 National Championship team and look at this staff, not even close, and they never will.

Randy isnt going anywhere anytime soon, but he needs to make some calls mend some fences and bring back the soul of this team.........

Hey Cane fan, all you have to do is look at the scoreboard. But, for the rest of you unable to locate Oral Gables with a flashlight and a map, let me spell it out for you. Look at the box score: first downs, time of possession, 3rd down conversions, and no punts. Statistic-wise, I'll leave it there. I'm tired of "we're young", "we're inexperienced", "Give Randy Shannon a few years" and whatever other excuses you come up with. You have three losses. Besides that, you're not even the best ticket in SoFla. Look out for FIU. Must suck to be a fan of "Duh U".

horrific!!! we are getting worse. the only way mia was in the game was turnovers...WE WERE DOMINATED!!!!!!!!! CRAPPY STALE STADIUM, CRAPPY PLAY CALLING EVERY FRICKEN WEEK, CRAPPY DBS, NON EXISTENT LBS...LONE GOOD PLAYER??SPENCE!SHANNON AWFULLY OVERRATED!!!!!!WHEN HE WAS A COORDINATOR, HE NEVER HELPED HIS PLAYERS BY ACTUALLY CAOCHING, SIMPLY USED THE TALENTED PLAYERS HE HAD....god we suck!

Why do people keep saying that Ponder threw a dumb pass that got picked for six? He got hit from his blind side while making a pass attempt. How is that a head scratcher? If you got blown up from your blind side i'm sure your pass would fly up in the air as well. FSU special teams was the reason Miami came back. And they still made a 52 yard field goal. Go figure.
