Trey Lyles - competition for minutes

If Trey Lyles had followed through with his commitment to play for IU he would no doubt own the post. Whether he played at PF, Center or some hybrid of the 2 I see no scenario where he doesn't play 28 minutes a game and be the featured post player.

Bowling Green 45, Indiana 42: The More Things Change...

Despite a new defensive coordinator, we saw the same old Hoosier defense yesterday in a brutal 45-42 loss at Bowling Green, as Kevin Wilson's record in close games remains awful. The Hoosiers now must push the reset button on the season.

Around the night of the 2014 draft lottery, a lot of folks joking and not-so-jokingly commented something to the effect of, "Maybe with the Bobcats name leaving, our horrible draft luck will leave too." I don't know if they expected it to happen so soon but when the ping pong balls mercifully fell our way, the Hornets had their first lottery pick.
