Warriors' Blaze is ready to make plays

keep blaze in the weight room and on the field and not in the waikiki night clubs looking for trouble, and he'll be alright.
he is a regular at a few spots, and needs to focus on school and not partying....

From two previous comments, it is clear that UH football players are like fish in a fish bowl. They're recognized when they make plays on the field. They are also recognized when they screw up off the field. It's the price of being 'famous' in a small community. Good luck to Blaze. He is a genuine talent. I wish him the best this season.

I wonder if the team rules violations have anything to do with Blaze's alleged multiple barroom brawls that I have been told about by many over the summer.

why is this guy always being hyped up!? he's on the sideline leading cheers more than on the field making plays, and when he does get credit for a big hit, it's not even his hit!! He showed up yesterday? in practice? what the f+++, we need it game day not in practice!! Show me sumtin in Florida then "maybe" the hype is warrented!At least Wrap up when u tackle.

by the way what ever happened to the guy from waianae, kawalu, he deserved his hype, i remember watching good recievers not even try catching balls in front of him, and he would punish ball carriers with big hits and get up and go the huddle, not the sidelines. did he change his mind and decide to go else where? i hope not!!

I guess when he steamrolled Boise St's running back Avery in the backfield, that wasn't his hit.

What are you talking about? Put down your Heineken and raw fish. Soares is not Samoan and he's not having problems with grades. Soares had a shoulder injury last year. Local professors not giving him a fair shot? Huh??? Go concentrate on your sovereignty mission...you sound nuts.

Remember the pounding the Rainbows got from the Bulldogs in the Sugar Bowl.....If not ,maybe your memory will be refreshed come the first game of the season.Everybody wants to be like the SEC,they just don't want to play against the SEC.

Obviously, you haven't been paying attention to what Coach Mack has been doing. If you think for one minute that he's scared of Florida or feel he's not looking forward to this game, you just DON'T KNOW anything. By the way, that Georgia team that ended up 4th should have been playing for the National Championship last year, but got "screwed". They are a much better team than Florida last year or even this year for that matter. Devildog, I think you'll find that not all SEC teams are deserving of the "invincible" label, although Florida's talent level is
pretty scary, I'll admit.
