Volleyball looks to extend winning streak in D.C.

After going 3-0 on its home court to open its season last weekend, the Light Blue volleyball team will look to double its winning streak in Washington, D.C., with the 2014 Colonials Challenge. The tournament-hosted by George Washington University-will feature matches against Baylor University and Illinois State in addition to the Colonials.

American Independence Museum hosting membership drive

Experiencing its strongest season in years, the American Independence Museum in Exeter is hosting a membership drive in an effort to exceed 250 members. According to Executive Director Julie Williams, 80% of the Museum's income is generated through donations, which underscores the importance of “a robust membership.” “We rely on donations from members, sponsors, and foundations to keep our doors open,” she said.
