Giants cut long-shot linebacker after seven-year run
Mark Herzlich arrived in 2011 as an undrafted free agent, a long-shot to make the roster after a battle with cancer turned his life upside down and challenged his football career at Boston College. Herzlich fought his way onto the team and remained with the Giants for seven years, winning a Super Bowl and carving a niche for himself, on and off the field.
