Aggie basketballplayer rejects plea deal

A plea deal in place between prosecutors and New Mexico State University basketball player Jahmar Young has fallen through, setting up a September trial date on misdemeanor charges.

Can we get some solid reporting on this please. I thought the exposure charge was dropped. So why isnt' that mentioned at all in the article?
