Well, what would a Utah spring football game recap be without first talking about the offense? It was the highlight of last Saturday's event, which is just how the coaches designed it to be.

All in all, I think it was a pretty good spring for the Utes. They certainly didn't answer all questions, but let's be honest - who expected every question to be answered? It's a tough proposition for a team coming off a losing season and replacing a good deal of its talent.

On a day when the offenses combined for 797 yards, the White defeated the Red 35-28 to win Utah's annual Spring Game on Saturday afternoon at Rice-Eccles Stadium.

But Saturday is a critical one for Utah football. Yes, another rendition of the spring game returns to Rice-Eccles Stadium, a day of fun set up by the University complete with tailgating and a flag football matchup featuring the MUSS.

The Utes were once again outdoors in balmy conditions at Rice-Eccles, luckily Mike Grant let me borrow his beanie or I may not have survived.
