Carolina Panthers coach Ron Rivera says second-year player Byron Bell will be the team's starting right tackle when training camp begins Saturday in Spartanburg, S.C. That news comes one day after the Panthers traded former first-round draft pick Jeff Otah to the New York Jets for a conditional late-round 2013 pick.
