'Right now I would say it's a possibility,' Sooners coach Bob Stoops said Friday.
Stoops said OU's sack leader looked 'better than he's been in a couple of weeks' during Thursday's practice, but that his effectiveness remains questionable.
'We'll have to see how explosive he is and what he's doing when he warms up,' Stoops said. 'But he's going to try.'
Defensive coordinator Brent Venables said after Tuesday's practice that English was not fully participating in practice, but was working out, 'to get into some kind of shape so that he will have some gas in the tank,' if he could play. Read more
