GAME NOTES: The Elon Phoenix will make their first-ever postseason appearance at the Division I level on Wednesday as they tangle with the Canisius Golden Griffins in the first round of the CollegeInsider.com Tournament at the Koessler Athletic Center.

Sebastian Koch scored 15 points and Lucas Troutman posted a double-double as Elon defeated UNC Greensboro 68-61 in the quarterfinals of the Southern Conference tournament Saturday.

Elon University meets College of Charleston tonight in the second semifinal at the Southern Conference Tournament for men's basketball.

Lucas Troutman tallied a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds as the second-seeded Elon Phoenix held off the 10th- seeded UNC Greensboro Spartans, 68-61, in the Southern Conference Tournament quarterfinals at the U.S. Cellular Center Sebastian Koch led the Phoenix with 15 points, while Ryley Beaumont and Jack Isenbarger added 12 and 11 ...
