Do you know how to ask a hard question, Mr. Anthony? With that headline, you might think that Krazyeske's question and criticism of the press got through to you. But then we click through to the story, and see that this is merely another piece of sycophantic adulation about a guy who can't graduate black players.

Get some basketballs, Mike. Ask him about his graduation rate - should his contractual remuneration be tied to the number of players he graduates? Ask him about Stanley Robinson's lack of academic achievment. Or about Nochimson and Hamilton.

Pathetic. Pathetic. Pathetic. Not worth the ink its printed on.

Why is Calhoun exempt as a Connecticut State Employee from givebacks and opening the last year of his contract to changes? It's basketball not a vital function. Once again priorities are misplaced.

Comments that Calhoun should give back money are from pathetic people with no concept of reality. If we pay his salary and he returns 10 times that salary back, that is a good thing for the state. If we cut his salary and he retires we don't get 10 times his salary anylonger. That's bad. Is that simple enough for you?

Give Jim a raise for making the final four last year. I wonder how much revenue just that generated for the state.

I like your thinking. So, do I get retroactive 10% on all the revenue from tickets I wrote over 20 years?

UCONN was a pimple om the butt of college BB before Calhoun. He put people in the seats and made UConn a place for students to attend. He has been compensated well and should continue to be paid as one of the best in the business.
The naysayers are 9-5 leave the job at work types/. They spend more time at the watercooler slicing and dicing Calhoun and the door wont hit them in the a** on the way out each night.

No way to know if UCONN Basketball brings in more then it pays out. I highly doubt it takes in more then spends. Add in all the support salaries and benefits, costs of Gampel and other costs and I bet it is much less then we think. We are in a race to the bottom in this country but at least we were in the Final Four.

Hey Ghost, it's not printed on ink, it's printed on paper, with ink.

How come he does not have a wage freee. He must be special. How much does he make from Comcast? How much did he give back to the state? I dont care where his wages come from it still comes from a bank accont that the state has and he should be forced to GIVE BACK just like the rest of te state employees. He has no pecial powers and his out burst earlier this year is proof that he is greedy and could care less about anyone but him self. Send Jim packing if he does not want to give back.

Daily Horoscope for December 6

Pisces

Keep well clear of anything or anyone that looks like being a problem, but at least you can hold your own. This is a marvellous day for taking care of someone who isn't very well at the moment or who needs all the sympathy and understanding you can give them.
