Recruits see UCR 'on the rise'
Official practice is still months away, but the UC Riverside men's basketball team is starting to take shape for the upcoming season, with new players in summer school or competing in the Say No summer league in Los Angeles and Pomona.
With two years to mature since the last time he searched for a school to call home, Harrison Gaines was a lot more confident and comfortable this time around.
