Colt Ryan poured in 39 points and broke the career scoring record for the Evansville Purple Aces who took down the Canisius Golden Griffins, 84-83, in the quarterfinals of the CollegeInsider.com Tournament at Koessler Athletic Center.

Trailing by 22 points with 18:17 left in regulation time, the Canisius men's basketball team got back into the game with a 20-0 run and eventually defeated Youngstown State 84-82 in overtime Saturday night in the second round of the CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament in Youngstown, Ohio.

Lamont Jones scored a game-high 33 points as the Iona Gaels held on to defeat the Canisius Golden Griffins, 89-85, in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference quarterfinal action at the MassMutual Center.
