50+ lead changes, track positions constantly changing, movers from front to back - back to front. during a caution some drivers got fuel twice... TWICE... somehow Jeff runs out of gas. how could this happen? Was the track position more important than fuel???? go figure.......

Alot of crew chiefs told their drivers they would be short on fuel and made the call to keep them out. I think the crew chiefs should have let the drivers make that call since they were the ones out there and they knew what the cars were doing. JMO |

1 Perfectly said. The CC needs to listen to the drivers a little more than they do. After all it's the driver behind the wheel, not the CC regardless of what all the gauges say in the pit box. CC can't "feel" the car like a driver. |
