Nov. 24, 2009 - Dirt Late Model veteran Scott Bloomquist of Mooresburg, Tenn., has been fined and suspended from World of Outlaws Late Model Series and DIRTcar Racing-sanctioned events after forensic laboratory tests determined he used an illegally-altered tire during the recent World Finals at The Dirt Track @ Lowe's Motor Speedway.
