Agree with most of what you've written. I have followed NASCAR for over 45 years. Back in the day, I couldn't watch a lot of races in Mich. What I "read" about Dale made me think I wouldn't care for him. The first time I actually got to "see" him race, I was hooked. It was so exciting watching what he could do with a car. I disagree that Kyle doesn't have any fans. There are many of us diehard Earnhardt fans that can see great comparisons between the young Dale and Kyle. ALOT of people ripped on Dale and his style of racing back in the day. ALOT of the exact same things are being written about Kyle today that were written about Dale. We need drivers like this to give us some excitement to counteract the safe, vanilla drivers. I miss Dale and the #3, but I never want to see someone else in a black #3 running tail end Charlie like we've had to witness with the #43 in the last 15 or so years. Leave Dale and the #3 with the mystic that they created together. MISSU3
