JOHANNESBURG, 25 June 2009 - When doctors at Katatura State Hospital in the Namibian capital, Windhoek, booked Shantel Ferreira* for a follow-up operations after she gave birth to her first child, she thought nothing of it - until she started asking questions about the acronym "BTL" which appeared on her form.

The place is called KatUtura. Not Katatura. Please check these little things if you are not sure. Also, what is the significance of the picture that is next to the story? Was there a burning need to give it the usual rural look to make the story more shocking? This is really pityful journalism, you might as well do tabloids now!
