There goes the sound of thunder and the sight of lightnings again. But they seem imminent though, thank God and bless you. Hopefully it will rain soon. And so will the constructions of a reliable country road to the interior of Baram that will help spur our economy from Beluru to Lio Matu. If this really came through, let's all make a standing ovation in respect of our local YB, and once again thank you.

Tapi sejauh mana????
Kalau tak silap saya, Semasa sami vilu masih lagi pegang jawatan menteri/JKR.
Buat dulu baru cakap.

we need to improve the road and traffic in Serawak and Sabah especially to boost the both state economy..
without the efficient and an effective traffic and road system it will result the slow moving of economy activities..like the stupid BADAWI suspended and pending all the mega project during him as Prime Minister..he stopped all the major construction project which is cause of our economy damaged as we can feel it..
without the massive construction project it will slow down the economy activities......
the great achievement of him (Badawi ) is BATIK industry but what happen to BATIK industry???waste time and money for that project..
he promoted the FOOD VALLEY in Selangor and at the end Selangor fall to opponent party..he was a total failure PM...
BADAWI do nothing for Malaysia....

I strongly proposed to new PM let set up and promote the new MSC for both Serawak and Sabah..
to both the IT activities for SABAH and Serawak...hopefully he was not focus on ECER only which is ECER is located in PAHANG...
But I do believe Serawak and Sabah will have a great economy activities in near future after the BAKUN hydro working by next year...which is BAKUN is a biggest hydro electric station in SEA...

With the natural resources that Miri has, it has come to a conclusion that Miri is under developed! A big question mark and the moves behind the scene remains questionable.
Just a simple example of Mulu caves.. Has the tourist promotion board done enough to attract the foreign tourist?? Nope, I am in Oversea for the past 10 years, and I have never ever seen any advertisement of Miri, most of the time it is KL, Langkawi...etc. I hope the board will not forget that Sarawak remains as part of Malaysia.
Dissappointing:(

Even though Miri natural resource attract tourist especially the Caves, lambir etc. but they only go there and after that back to their country and forget about Miri area... cos there's nothing to see in miri town like example after 6pm the town become a ghost town where all the shops started to closed, only few coffee shop open and of cos shopping mall still open meant for shoppers only. I think the government of Miri here should open and rent cheap for small business people to operate their business especially open small moving stall in town area where they can sells varieties of goods and souvenirs and the renting must not limit to certain people only. From there tourist has time to go around in enjoying their evening/night times just like in Petaling Street and Little india street in KL. Miri town is soo quiet when evening comes....i sure tourist is frustrated.....

Miri is a ghost town after office hour. only some youngster still hanging around town after 8pm. Miri is a beautiful and clean city but once in awhile, i need a place where i can have some fun you see... there's no coffe shop with a real great food that value for money. No place to hangout. I just wish there's a big food court like kuching in miri.
