Research needed in further investigation of cancer cells;
peroxiredoxin-3 (thioredoxin peroxidase-2) protects cancer cells; similar to alfa-interferon, which is now use to treat many cancers, especially the fast acting malignant types; Interferon is given to stimulate the body’s own immune system to fight some types of cancer. The exact way in which it works is not fully understood. It is thought to have a wide range of effects on the body. It may do one or more of the following: Interferon alpha ; beta, gamma, slows down or stops cancer cells dividing and reduces the ability of cancer cells to protect themselves from the immune system and strengthen the body’s immune system. note; interferon alpha and beta greatly stimulates thioredoxin peroxidase-2 protein enzymes which reduces cell hydrogen peroxide, note interferon alfa mediates and calms thioredoxin peroxidase-2 protein enzymes; interferon gamma seems not to stimulate thioredoxin peroxidase-2 protein enzymes so cell produced hydrogen peroxide may not be affected needs researching, peroxiredoxin 1 is the gene that encodes a member of the peroxiredoxin family of antioxidant enzymes, which reduce hydrogen peroxide and alkyl hydroperoxides. The encoded protein may play an antioxidant protective role in cells, and may contribute to the antiviral activity of CD8(+) T-cells. This protein may have a proliferative effect and play a role in cancer development or progression. Three transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified for this gene. This gene encodes a member of the peroxiredoxin family of antioxidant enzymes, which reduce hydrogen peroxide and alkyl hydro peroxides. The encoded protein p51 p53 play an antioxidant protective role in all cells, and contributes cd 4 helper cells with correct cytokine expression, which controls antiviral activity of CD8(+) T-cells. These proteins are main players and have a major role in cancer development; The tiny crystal structure of this protein has been resolved to 2.6 angstroms. So is capable of acting as an oncogene cancer agent note rogue testosterone aggravates cell transcription so therefore complicates comparative simple cancers into becoming complex cancers as regards the actual original specific cause of the said cancer; ask your consultant about interferon alpha, and interferon beta and interferon gamma; |

peroxiredoxin-3 (thioredoxin peroxidase-2) protects cancer cells in respect it controls cells mitosis rates of division, thus slowing the cancer cells so they can apoptically fade or asparaginase can be injected at suspected site of cancer so that the body can return to normal status; note; alpha -beta and gamma interferons do exactly the same when administered to a patient; note some cells like long term memory B cells are difficult to treat because their mitosis rate is extremely slow and these type of B cells last years before being renewed, there for if they are cancer promoting then they have to be rediated to kill them off, so patient can get well again;
