'Quantum of Solace,' was released. Many Bond fans are used to this sort of gap though, with a six year gap between 'Licence to Kill' and 'Golden Eye' between 1989 and 1995 and a three year gap between 'The World Is Not Enough' and 'Die Another Day' between 1999 and 2002.
