After 25 years and five films in the Die Hard franchise, Bruce Willis just isn't ready to call it a day.

"Moonlighting," the wonderful romantic comedy co-starring Bruce Willis and Cybill Shepherd as bantering, codependent private detectives, aired on Tuesday nights on ABC from 1985 to 1989.

There's a pretty solid consensus that the " Moonlighting curse " is bogus. The groundbreaking 1980's Bruce Willis-Cybill Shepherd show didn't tank because David and Maddie finally gave into their torrid chemistry.

The "Die Hard" franchise has become exactly that: a franchise. It's as empty as Walmart or McDonald's, a commerce-oriented endeavor that traded its soul for cash a long time ago.
