I remember a few years ago there was a "spotlight dance" where, on a darkened stage, you had a nude dancer facing away from the audience, with a spotlight focused on her bottom; when she started to dance, you could hear all the oooo's and ahhhhs coming from the audience and I think Jennifer Lopez and her spectacular bottom had an influence in the introduction of these stage shows.
