In my opinion [no I'm not T. McCarver} the two biggest Cubs needs are a quality catcher and a starting pitcher who can pitch at LEAST 7+ innings.. Harden types are a dime a dozen and not worth that much. A catcher who can bat at leasr .250 with a strong arm and 18+ HR's would be a giant srep forward. An outfielder like Jason Werth who has a good "eye" and still hits wth power would sure be nice. As for a pitcher, I kind of like the kid they brought up in Sept.
