John Fay at the Cincinnati Enquirer is reporting today that the Pirates and Reds are switching high-A affiliates in 2010 , with the Lynchburg Hillcats becoming part of the Reds' system and the Sarasota Reds moving to Bradenton and becoming part of the Pirates' system.
