Adams earns degree, commissioned into Navy Navy Ensign Justin Alan Adams, son of Alan and Tracy Adams of Lyons, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, and was commissioned to his current rank in the U.S. Navy.
