SEC charges 3 Florida doctors with reaping more than $500,000 from insider trading

The Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday charged three Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-area doctors with illegal insider trading. via Canadian Business Magazine

I cannot believe the SEC is not pursuing criminal charges. This is a criminal act and their defense is a joke. All there are busted. This is clearly trading on insider information. The securities markets are rigged with insider trading, unregulated hedge funds and private equity firms. Small investors get cheated and corporations export more jobs to China and India.
