City Council votes unanimously to rezone for coke plant
“The zoning legislation that you will consider tonight does one thing, and one thing only, if you approve it. It will create opportunity for AK Steel to help address one of its remaining weaknesses - a long-term source of competitive raw materials”
Middletown City Council unanimously confirmed a Planning Commission decision to rezone more than 157 acres in the 2nd Ward to make way for a proposed $340 million coke-making and electric generation plant. via MiddletownJournal
