Obama Is Soft on Africa's Dictators

Yes, All countries have their priorities and interests, but not in most African countries.Nowadays , We already figured out that there are only European/American interests that transforms cooperation between dictators in African countries and super powers. The African dictators are there, from the beginning, to terrorize the same people they claim that they are governing because of the kind of back-door billions of dollars support from the super powers. Blankly, We can say that there are no common interests and priorities b/n the super powers and those African countries that have dictators suppressing their own people. Those dictators do their shrewd business with the super powers to hold the power they grabbed by force and continue to be the instrument to the western interests. In the middle of these messes, We know all these innocent poor people are suffering in hunger, draught, and war. I feel sorry to the western people who do think that their countries are helping the poor African people. Yes, America is one of the corrupted Countries in the world. They were fascists and are fascists in some part of the country.But Meles is a sold-out dictator and is the same as Megistu Hailemariam. They have no difference when it comes to rule Ethiopia by force even though they use different methods to hold their power for longer than an Ethiopian can imagine. Meles, in fact, is ruling Ethiopia by force longer than Mengistu Hailemariam. Meles is going for his 20 years and Mengistu had ruled the country for 17 years. That is where one of their similarity is to all Ethiopians. Meles and his gangs are the problems on top of all the natural disasters and hungers the people of Ethiopia is facing in their own country. I don't believe that He had offered anything positive to the country unless begging the Americans and the West for more aid money and We know that he can not move one-step ahead without their handout so no matter how they run their political system, The American and western Currency decides his political ego and destiny.  (Jul 20, 2009 | post #11)
