Ex-sewer chief disputes worker's story on assault

I certainly hope there is no possible way this guy can get his job back. This is not the first miscarriage of justice have I have seen.  (Apr 11, 2013 | post #46)

recount? seriously?

Can someone please explain to me why the person who came in LAST in the selectmen's race, with 59 votes, is requesting a recount? Does he think he will come up with 60 instead? Does he know how much it costs the town to do a recount?!  (Mar 20, 2013 | post #1)

Town manager search to start in Seabrook

I sure hope this is a ridiculous rumor! We really should wait until a next board is sitting before they search for a new TM  (Feb 15, 2013 | post #9)

Town manager search to start in Seabrook

I would encourage anyone who cares about the direction (forward or backward?)of the town to watch the 2/1/13 Special Selectmen's meeting on Ch. 22, or ask for the text of the minutes at the town hall or watch the DVD at the library. A most interesting meeting!!  (Feb 5, 2013 | post #1)

Seabrook board still mum on town manager

"Carpetbagger s"? Someone who lives in Exeter is seen as an evil outsider? Sheesh! This is part of what's wrong with the town--its provincialism and insularity. It's high time we let a little real-world perspective into the town's affairs to make it better for everyone  (Sep 21, 2012 | post #51)

Union Leader editorial on Seabrook 8/15/12

When exactly was it that she helped? Every time she opened her mouth she said she was representing the taxpayers, but she was mostly advancing her own interests, and now she got her way and the selectmen are de facto running the town  (Sep 5, 2012 | post #16)

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think once that position has been determined to be FT and union, it can't be changed back. Productivity and efficiency are not valued much  (Sep 4, 2012 | post #15)

Go to the nest selectmen's meeting on 9/5 at 10 or 9/19 at 6:30 and request an explanation and that the non-public minutes be unsealed  (Aug 29, 2012 | post #5)

So I guess we CAN see these minutes! Someone should go to the next selectmen's meeting on 9/5 at 10am to make this request  (Aug 29, 2012 | post #4)

Just in case some residents of Seabrook haven't seen this editorial in the Union Leader last week about using Paid Administrative Leave as a management tool, here is the link: http://www.unionle ader.com/article/2 0120815/OPINION01/ 708159890/0/SEARCH  (Aug 21, 2012 | post #1)
