Do you think that money would last forever.. This shelter must need hundreds of dollars a day just to care for the animals.  (Apr 21, 2009 | post #7)

Sonya, If this is really you?, You are in my prayers. I've only known you you a short while but I see the goodness in your heart I've hurt you while trying to help you and for this I am sorry. Call me when you figure out who I am. Keep you eyes on high and ignore the devil's distractions. Good luck Girl, D.p.  (Mar 25, 2009 | post #27)

Bite me Anna! you know nothing about me. Your so quick to assume the worst of someone. I will never be ashamed of myself for being kind to anyone. I have lived with junkies and I've watched them die. We are all brothers and sisters and I love everyone no matter of their short-comings. As far as my postings,,I spend a whole half hour in the morning on Topix. It saddens me to see the hated so many show others so many days go by without my reading any posts. I only respond to those who act as if they are qualified to offer solutions such as genocide to solve social problems. Love ya Anna, just wish we could team up to work toward better lives for everyone.  (Jan 23, 2009 | post #65)

Snappy comeback! although there seems to be some misunderstanding. I am not some rich goody-goody that plays church on Sunday. In fact I have very little income at all, I do spend my days helping others and yes I do hug a junkie sometime during the day. Read the thread again and you'll see what my comment was in response to. I believe were on the same side on this one.  (Jan 23, 2009 | post #55)

HOW THE HELL DO YOU KNOW???? Jesus always loved a sinner. These people need his love the most. Have you ever reached out to a "druggie " to offer them love? What would Jesus do?? Are you Christ - like or Christan? How does Jesus see you? The bumper stickers are there to make you think and not to include you to some special club.  (Jan 21, 2009 | post #45)

Judge not lest you be judged"..This town (its people) finds a way to stereotype everyone they can. By name or location, family, church, school, lifestyle, income, by any way they can judge. These are the true low-lifes. Tolerance, compassion, and goodwill should be the values we all judge by. If we used values instead of stereotypes then Barbourville is a very ugly place to live. HB I agree with you completely.  (Jan 21, 2009 | post #44)

Best way to get off of drugs for good?

I'm so glad you understand. Your debating skills are great! I wish more intelligent people would post so we could have productive discussions that might actually be helpful.  (Jan 18, 2009 | post #31)
