terry to start committee

You can knock off the imitations and the under score. Those who know me know I'm not in Florida. Did you ever realize that you may be respected if you gave respect? I guess a dog is a dog is a dog.  (17 hrs ago | post #20)

Warren, don't get upset at what he may be rambling. Read a few posts before and you can figure out who is starting again by their Ramblings. Midlo Dog Walker hit the nail right on the head.  (Yesterday | post #16)

How many of you think the ones slamming Terry are friends of Tom's?

My thoughts exactly. Can tell by the writing and the IP address.  (Yesterday | post #14)

Should Midlothian install red light cameras at 147th & Cicero

I read the Southtown online and then just skim over it at best. I hear their alarm every once in a while by my house but don't really pay attention because it's a few blocks away.  (Yesterday | post #18)

Yeah, we will. I was on my way home from the Auto parts today and seen your cars there but you must have been in the house or I would have introduced myself.  (Yesterday | post #540)

Before you accuse, you better have rock solid proof of things. One thing you can start to prove is how to spell someones last name right. Nimrod!  (Yesterday | post #11)

Why am I not in the Kitchen and making my Husband a sandwich? Here's a "clue" for you,,, I am a Male:):):) I really don't think my Wife would like if I had a "husband ".  (Yesterday | post #10)

Uh Oh, Time for me to speak up:) I think a lot of them are. And before any one goes "ripping " in to me for my opinion, Let's be real about some things. As far as the Community Policing goes, I believe that ALL of what is being done with that is on a VOLUNTEER basis. Meaning no one will charge as some people posted, $50,000.00 per month. Sorry but screw your head on straight or put down the Holiday "cheer". Second, if anyone has been in Town long enough, they know our Motto is, "The Community Pride Built". Yes, a lot of us do have the Pride. Why hasn't it shown until now you may ask? Look at what we had and that should tell you. Third and certainly not the last because I'm sure others will add more, Terry has put the "spark" back in to a lot of us long time folks. Not all of us can run and "do" a lot of us can be Moral support. I'm sorry if you feel differently and are still holding a "hard on" because of his Victory. Terry and the BLUE Team has done more to boost Morale in our Town than what, ol What was his name again" ever did. Just my opinion though and yes, I'm ready for the slamming comments because yes, I am a BLU Team supporter also a Big Boy now. Oh, by the way. MERRY CHRISTMAS:):) I'm not "politically correct" and will not say Happy Holiday or Merry X-mas. Christ isn't an "X"  (Sunday | post #2)

Emerald ash borer hits Oak Forest

I'm sure now that it has hit the News Media, you could call Public Works and ask them where they were found and ask them to take a look at your trees. Especially if it's on the easment in front of your house. I'm sure they would be more than willing to help. They wouldn't want it becoming an epidemic.  (Sunday | post #4)

Happy Thanksgiving

Yeah, I like to tease:):) No, actually my Wife just did normal seasoning and put a little bit of butter on to let the seasonings stick. It must have been good because out of a 25 pounder, there was only enough for a couple of sandwiches left.  (Saturday Nov 28 | post #20)

Happy Thanksgiving

I was only teasing about the FD you know:) I've never tried one myself.I hear that they can be very good. I guess my thing is the intial start up costs of the Fryer, Peanut Oil, Gas etc. I've been having mine on the Grill for about 20 years. All I do is double up 2 foil pans, put water in the pan and pack the coals around the pans and cover it with foil. Once in a while throw a few chips on for a "tinge" of flavor but not too many. About a half hour before I take it off, uncover to let the skin get the Golden color. I've never had a dry one yet. In fact, Thursday, as I was carving, the juices were just flowing like you see in a commercial. My shoulder still hurts from patting myself on the back:):):) Hope you had an enjoyable one.  (Friday Nov 27 | post #18)
