Hey, I'm done with it. I can only spend a certain amount of time dealing with topics. This topic is sort of old and I wasted a lot of energy back then fighting off so called "good people". If that makes me bad then so be it. However, I think I will re-instate my original award contest. Show me the statutory law that is found in the Tennessee Code Annotated that says "DUI by Consent/Allowance " is statutorily against the law and win an easy 100 bucks...Sure make an interesting treasure hunt. Does the Herald-News think Rhea Countians are stupid?
My last comment on this issue then I'm off to something new and different. This story as written above is another "fantasy " as it is purported to be a new article of the account of the trial in question. A funny thing is that there isn't an article in existence written with these words, this has been "doctored " up. Now, given rise to this new info about how someone is rewriting stories and giving totally inaccurate accounts leads me to believe that I already know who this dude is. It is really very simple to gain entry into someone's head especially when such head is empty, devoid of fruitful thoughts consumed by vapors of alcohol and perverted fantasy. Lastly, you will notice that I represented myself and the truth was the jury did not deliberate no where near 1 hour. The fact of the matter was I was convicted in less than 7 minutes, as expected in the famous kangaroo courts of Rhea County. My laugh will come when all Herald-News employees are out of work and I invest (along with a few others) and take RheaCountyNewspape r.com to the news stands. In any event, I offered $100 to any person that could show me the codified staute allowing for the offense of DUI by Consent/Allowance. Unbelievable. I am Roy Denton and I do not hide behind a screen name with my hand up my ass watching crooks screw people out of money. From what I have gathered, Roy Denton is extremely popular and extremely likable because everything he has ever said he challenges people to rebut it. Naturally, they can't. The truth has no rebuttal. In any event, I would bet that whoever wrote this is one of a very people who shutter at the thoughts of having to soon explain themselves for the lies, deceptions and fraud caused upon the citizens of a beat down, drained dry county. In any event, throw a rock at an idol and you have still recognized the idol. Hey Grandma, the sheriff may tell you that your problem is a "city" problem and direct you to the Graysville P.D. Good luck with that... Realize this, you are a citizen and as such, simply take the evidence you have (i.e. wallet and name) and go to the courthouse and file what is called a "criminal summons" against the guy. He will not be arrested but will be served a summons by the sheriff's dept. to appear before the judge. On court day, the District Attorneys office MUST represent your case. What does all of this cost? Absolutely nothing. Heck, after you convict him, pay the 60 bucks and sue him for damages in general sessions. Win judgment and garnish his wages. As far as Dog the Bounty Hunter goes, it shouldn't matter how bad he cussed out his kid in a privare converstation. Had people heard me getting on my kids they'd probably thought I was plotting their demise or something. My problem with Dog is the same problem I have with most every Christian I meet, He is a hypocrite.
