Let us put the blame where the blame belongs. Our elected representatives. They are owned and controlled by huge corporations who they allow to grow larger and larger and very rich special interest groups. They do not listen to the people who they represent and they totally ignore the constitution. You can blame the republicans and you can blame the democrats but both share an equal responsibility for the mess that we are in. Yesthe Bush administrations policies have helped no one but the ultra rich but who allowed for it to happen. Our elected representatives. Things are going to get worse as the middle class is dragged deeper and deeper into a endless pit. Things are not going to change untell we have parties that represent the people of this country and that is not the two parties who are in power now. Vote their butts out and put people in office that represent the citizens. A prime example is Don Plusquellic and city council. what have they done to improve Akron's economy or well being. Absolutely nothing. They are concerned about their own well being and wallets, not yours. Yet we keep putting the same idiots in over and over again and then sit and complain.
