When is Muskegon going to start caring and working with the business that has stayed in Muskegon? The city is very difficult to deal with and their mentality has not and will not change. What would it have cost Ada in a lawsuit if they had denied the land owner the use of his land for a billboard? MAYBE JUST maybe the cost had something to do with his potential loss of revenue because of denial.....
