Because its his constitutional right. Read the article, he's an ex cop. It sounds like his mental capacities might have been impaired from his illness. I have read your posts and you tow the liberal line without fail, no matter what the issue. If the Republicans were the ones saying that global warming was a huge crisis and wanted to enact sweeping legislation because of it and the Democrats were the sceptics saying that its all a sham and a power grab, would you still have the same views?
