Is Vacaville safer today than it was 5 years ago?

" or maybe a Sikh" What kind of illness do they have anyways is it contagious? The Siks weren't around 5 years ago were they? This could be worse than the meteors falling.  (10 hrs ago | post #17)

Wow Rebel your quite a woman I like the way you communicate your thoughts on the illegal invader issue. Oh and your very good lookin also. We need more Rebels in Ca. and in Solano County and in Vacaville also. I'm going to write in Rebel for one of the COV City Council seats.  (10 hrs ago | post #106)

Marian you forgot to mention if we are safer from Global Warming. Personally I have concerns with meteors falling on my house. Statistics say its just a matter of time, so no I don't feel safer in that regard. The falling meteor issue needs to be addressed. by our elected Pols.  (10 hrs ago | post #14)

Reasons for voting for "The Goat" for COV Council 1. The Goat all ready has an outfitted motorcycle side car adaptable to any VPD 2 wheeler including the trail motorcyles and bicycles. Sidecar is required for emergency situations in which the The Goats presence is needed. 2.Is against illegal immigration being that one night on Brown St. some illegals dug **** and tried to cook The Goat in it. The Goat just barely escaped by the hair of his chiny chin chin. 3. Requires very modest living quarters and will serve the citizens of Vacaville for peanuts so to speak. 4. Out smarted Meth head convict recently while trapped with the perp in a barn. 5. Has experience and connections with current City Council and VPD (Car 54 and Officer Luvly). 6. The Goat is rumored to be house trained. 7. The Goat cannot be defeated in any political debate.Bwaaaahhh Please feel free to post qualifications/rea sons on why The Goat should be elected to the COV Council.  (Yesterday | post #42)

Who would you vote for Vacaville City Council?

"that crazy guy that lives on Hemlock with the wagon wheels out front." That is funny, and I know exactly who your talking about.  (Wednesday | post #13)

Who would you vote for Vacaville City Council?

At the moment tough decision Dimmick - Met the man a few times, it doesn't take long to see he is a control freak. Seriously I can't remember anything he has personally done while on the Council other than following Clancy's lead in voting for the idiotic Transit system in town, and supporting that ridiculous moratorium on Adult Stores. Harris - Like the idea she has lived here for 30 years and has seen first hand the negative aspects that have become part of the COV during its growth. Other than that I would have to do some research on her. Yerkes - No, not with his school board affiliation Gordon - Need further research on the man. LOL that name of "Flash" just might get him some votes among the dumbed down voters. Fortney - Little Lg. affiliation. Give me a break those folks are at each others necks half the time. Conning - No way!!! Personally I am not a fan of Socialism and that is what Conning is a Socialist.  (Tuesday Jul 22 | post #5)

Unnecessary roughness

Fairfield is nothing more than a "Richmond " in construction. If the situation does not change it going to be interesting how the town looks in ten years. Vacaville is not immune either we have our own low income projects with high crime rates also. One block at a time spreading like a fungus the perps and their criminal tendecies will take over a town or city. As for Joe's I would give it 3 stars out of 4, but because of the town, and neighborhood it is located in I won't be eating there anytime soon.  (Tuesday Jul 22 | post #5)

I'm still waiting for "The Goat" to file. I was relieved not one candidate made the patronizing dummy remark "I want to perserve Vacavilles small town atmosphere"  (Tuesday Jul 22 | post #10)

Attempted murder of Vaca officer

I was born and raised in Richmond and this is how it happens. One block at at time and before you know it the criminal mentality have engulfed an entire town. By the way all the social touchie feely good programs don't make a bit of difference it just will continue to get worse. COV needs to send out a strong message of zero tolerance to criminals and the gang influences in this town. Stop messing with normal law abiding citizens and make it hell on earth for the bad guys in town. VPD knows who they are. Look at Alameda which is located right next to the toilet of a town Oakland. APD don't play games with the perps and they know they are not welcomed there.  (Monday Jul 21 | post #119)
