I propose, that when a person who asks to receive any type of assistance, because they are 15 and pregnant - they must be required to complete a program designed to train them on how to be parents, what a child needs and how they should act. This way they will have time to change there minds and look at other options. And for sure everyone should be subject to random UA's. Also students who are not maitaining a "C" level in school, money should be taken away from the parents or parent until the grades are back up. And if any of them drop out - then the welfare will stop until the child earns a degree or a diploma. Just my thoughts. (this means every race) (May 15, 2008 | post #66)

It is only a $6.00 hr job because the employers use it that way, if they did not have access to these workers then they would have to pay a living wage for someone.
