So RM, are you a repo man or of the shield? I was in the USCG and had to arrest quite a few boaters that had too much. 9 news reminds me about Honolulu news. We were in the news as much as they could grab. The arrest we made, they were there. One guy tried hitting his head against something solid so he could get a lawsuit, lucky for me I saw that and put a fender in his way... I believe it's what you know will save your life...
