There's probably no God

There is an order that can be ignored including by those who are studying it. Especially if they are willing to suspend the thought that they are not superior to all other beings. A creator is someone who takes materials and makes something of it. You think that the scientists have the answers. I say that they have more questions than answers. They are not willing to use faith. they are faithless for the most part. Yet you have faith in them. Science can be considered a religion. All other points to consider against common knowledge, that the "wise" scientists and scholars have made conclusive, are ignored and discounted. The greater they think they are, the faster they fall. There is a plan, contrary to the "Science Religion" the religion of science. (Sunday Nov 15 | post #9564)

When you take others at their word, you are placing faith in them. whether they are religious or political or anti-religious etc. Why not research with Love for God that noone can see with their eyeballs. But the religiously inclined person knows He exists anyway. (Sunday Nov 15 | post #9560)

UEP is not broken up as yet. Every time the authorities try to destroy it or tear up the FLDS, they fail because of 1 thing. that they are good and wholesome people and everyone else who hates them have hate that is unfounded and prejudiced. What do you think? Sam Brower is going to be objective? He was hired to give a scathing report of the FLDS. There is no secret mafia-type life there. He has no evidence. When the UEP was set-up, it was designed not to be legally torn apart by the ever-present enemy. Those who were dismissed due to improprieties, they with bitterness and feelings of rebellion and hate, will retaliate. The criminal thought that is portrayed is not accurate at all. These documents are a small piece of the puzzle... Also when your enemy takes something of yours and displays it, are you to believe that he/she will not try to adjust or take out of context, the original documents? I left because I was 24 and still a virgin. I was an anxious young man and was told to stop expecting a wife if I wasn't going to stop playing around town. Going into bars and thinking nasty thoughts of the ladies. I also had a difficult time paying my tithing properly. I was tired of my weaknesses. My parents, my brothers and sisters, my nieces and nephews live there. They all tell me that if they were issued UEP land, thay had to sign the waiver that they, if asked, would leave the property as is. All improvements left standing.
