But worth reading if you are into that sort of thing. ....and if Burns had such an easy time with me, what are you so worried about? Hey Wile E. Coyote Super Genius- The Civil Service Commission, Federal and State Discrimination Suits are for NOT accommodating someone with a disability- a disability I got due to a industrial accidental. I still wanted to work there, but THEY say I am too injured. I agree with you- pretty fishy, guess that is why the Federal, State and County are investigating them- Not Me. I was hurt on the job. Still showed up to work, kept working, injured. Happily too, it is pretty easy physical work- I love it, I learn something every day and get to help people too, lots of driving though, but I think I could do it until I am quite old(er). It was my "retirement " job after years of actually working as a hod carrier, laborer, carpenter, underhouse grubbing Termite Inspector, Contractor and many other types of hard working sweaty tradesman. -You know the kind of person you order around in your "know it all", "I am paying", arrogant and self important- I watch Bob Villa way. No one to blame but me probably but I was not out water skiing. One knee, three back (and the fourth and I hope FINAL one coming right up here) surgeries in the last 4 years- FUN! But not blaming or fakin'. ...and not so active lately with my favorite activity, Charles Gracie Brazilian JiuJitsu, -but I still Know. Thanks to my Teachers, training, brave partners, pain and sacrifice I will always keep prepared to take care of myself and my loved ones, -although my crazy sport playing kids even trained and competed too. I will always be a warrior on the inside, No matter what my physical condition. That is a good thing- don't be scared, I know that is your tendency. Fair, honest, honorable, chivalrous and never to be driven to do violence ever let alone by a pretty puff of pink cotton candy afraid to use his, or her real name. Don't worry, Gracie Brazilian JiuJistu is based on brain power, not brawn. It is mainly about repetition, efficiency, leverage and choking is choking- doesn't take to much power, just technique and position. I here from Staff that you are pretty easy to identify and enjoy making your presence known- Me, not so much- I am kinda shy, and I still don't even know who you are- just who you ARE NOT Paul Bach- So when you see me at the next Scotts Valley City Council Meeting- Please say Hi, shake my hand, don't be scared, I would never hurt you- even if I could. OK Now you scurry back to your box o' whine, OK you are not Kirby Nichol- He is not as good of a researcher (and cut and paster) as Detective Big Brain Paul- Opps, NOT PAUL BACH Go to sleep now NOT Paul Bach- try again in the morning- but you got some WEAK sauce. It is getting late, 6:00pm, and sounds like you tore open the box of WHINE- Glug...Glug.. Are you serious? NOT Paul Bach? Sorry about anything I failed to mention but, well NOT Paul, if we are sharing, I GOT THE RESTRAINING ORDER! It is to protect my kids and I FROM HER- Worked great. She still works in the Planning Dept., doing well without me I hear, got the baby she always wanted, -but how could anyone not bet better off without me.... Never been fired- EVER!- wait I got a very stern talking to once from the Mechanic Ray, my boss at the Scotts Valley Union 76 on Whispering Pines for trading hamburgers and fries for gas with Fire Chief McMurrays' little bro Andy while he was working at the Lions Den- but Ray did it too- and anyway that does NOT count! The Planning DEPARTMENT IS trying to RETIRE me through CalPERS AGAINST my will due to an injury that happened performing a building inspection in Pastiempo, clumsy- sure, but honest and competent and hard working, and YOU? ....but we can do all the catching up about that and the other skeletons in MY closet, when we have our intellectual sharing party- 'member? Sounds complicated keeping up with your secret identities- Go bother your kids and leave me alone to wallow in the sadness and loneliness of my two divorces- "Bach may post as such" -such a what? OK I did not read so well... I DO think Bustichi would do a good honest job on the Coastal Commission or any other job he takes on. He is a hard worker. I DO NOT beilieve your silly broad claim: "Bustichi seems to favor any and all development here in Scotts Valley regardless of it's impact on the community." I do NOT agree with this is a total "richard " type of kiddy attack. "He is hardly the type of person that should be protecting our coast." What "type" of person are you? I don't NOT agree with: "Both candidates support building projects with little regard to the environment or to the impact on the community." MORE Silliness... .....do you make your Monte Fiorite Kids listen to your self important drivel? That, may just be the cause of the exssive drinking giing on via the local fancy and well stocked Monte Fiore liquor cabinets. Do you make them want to DRINK? ESPECIALLY IF my new Sensei is right about who you are Monte Fiore Dad... These lovers of the environment and protectors of all that is fair and true: Scotts Valley's Stone (swimmer/attorney) , Tom Burns (BS Earth Science UCSC), Neal Coonerty (Owner of Deadly Bookstore), Ellen Pirie (attorney and Seacliff Needs a Park Builder), Tony Campos(Realtor and Tony) and SEIU's political activist and Pennsylvania's "community " activist John Leopold. All of them fine examples of kind hearted folks who sure GIVE and GET Great Endorsement - but in term of the actual sound environmental, land use and building policy- Not so much. If Stone was not such a political opurtunist he would have voted for rezoning at Poor Claires TOOO! Far more environmental disaster by looking the other way even AFTER the County Code changes made after BEGGING by the Sierra club to enforce the EXISTING ordinances NOT being enforced, by Scotts Valley Stone's Staff. Wish he would do a better job "Supervising " HIS Planning Dept and Code Enforcement Staff -He is THEIR Supervisor! Now the NEW CODE worked so hard for by the Sierra Club is AGAIN, as Always NOT being enforced! Again- ALL Give and GET GREAT Endorsement, but when it come to actually following through and making competent, responsible, long term, environmentally based Land Use Decisions and, NOT Bureaucratically based power grabs. again- Not so much. ....hey "sierra club" please do not ever make the mistake of distraction while losing Glen Canyon Lets SAVE them ALL! Next Candidates Please- Sounds like none of these will work I am all about the Sierra Club- Thanks to them, but let us not get caught up the whole ENDORSEMENT deal- Please. Stone has allowed, perpetuated and been involved in more "build at any costs" development than the builder Busthichi ever could. Builder Bustichi is required to follow the rules and does. Supervisor Stone, Tom Burns, Susan Mauriello, South County Housing, Jennifer Hutchinson and crew do not and have not. Ever heard of Attkinson Lane? NO ask Gary Patton? Lots Lots more, just keeping it simple. ...and Scotts Valley's Supervisor Stone's Aide Beth Benjamin was one of the biggest advocates of the "senior" SUBSIDIZED housing gift to the very profitable non profit South County Housing in environmentally sensitive, high ground water, traffic ridden fragile and crowed Sunny Felton. Even spoke to her Bosses at the Board of Supervisor's Meeting, and all as a Private Citizen of Coarse. How many "build at any cost" Mad for Development Contractors, build a LEED Certified quite sustainable Office Building looking at the long term benefits to the environment and his employees rather that the short sighted temporary "solutions ". The County Board of Supervisors, of which Scotts Valley's Stone is a continual kind voice in the Bureaucratically based, Environmentally destructive decisions made by Susan Muariello's well orchestrated chorus of unanimous AYES.
