Kardis who practises at charlotte regionsal medical center is the doc who did my single heart bypass and it was a failure. This is the same doc who looked me right in the eye and told me that cutting the sternum was "minimally invasive" and that robotic bypass surgery or keyhole wouldn't be available at charlotte regional until at least 2010 or later. It's been there for 3 years now, 6 months after he told me that. Lied? Then he told me I needed a bypass of the right led, a stent on the left illiac AND a right carotic endartectomy and that we should do them all in the same WEEK! I never had any of those done, am fine with chelation therapy, and because of my decision to run from this guy, I'm "only" the victim of a failed open heart surgery. This country is right on the edge of the deepest financial abyss in history. Socialism and middle class prosperity are polar opposites. The country had a shot to turn this all around with a Ron Paul administration which would have turned the country back around toward fiscal responsibility, sound money, less socialism which all would have set the stage for the greatest financil boom the world had ever seen. Let's say you are a smaller scale business owner ,have a good clientele and a steady business that at times shows a high six figure to 7 figure balance in the company checking account. The Feds raid, er, take over the bank late on a friday afternoon ala Indy Bank. What happens to the company checking account balance? Oh and to those who claim to be so smart. You're not. American Airlines to cut 6,840 jobs
The domestic airlines should thank the government for not allowing free markets to function. If they had to compete with almost ANY of the Asian carriers they'd be out of business right quick. Sloppy overweight flight attendants, dirty airplanes, schedules that apparently don't mean anything, not to mention ridiculous flight patterns and over priced tickets are all the things we've had to endure with the domestics. Anyone ever fly Asiana? Cathay? Eva? China Air? Heck, even Vietnam Air blows American airlines and their ilk away. Friendly, competant and attractive staff, well taken care of airplanes, fair prices on tickets and a real concern for the traveler. That's what I've grown to expect from the airlines thruout Asia. Seems like almost everything in the IS is pointing in the direction of the drainpipe. When do you morons wake up and realize that the giant government you have all helped to create, cannot be sustained and will pull the whole place down to form a moutain of crap ?
