Law patrol you are right, she shouldn't be charged with murder. She should be charged with Pre meditated murder!!! She knew better than that but once again a human being thinks they are the exception to the rule and now her baby paid the ultimate price. One good thought at least the child is in heaven whole. What the flick?! This country is getting out of hand for real. These parents need to stop letting TV and music raise their kids. Children that age shouldn't even be thinking about dating let alone sex!
