Actually, ...the teachings are debatable. Unless of course you are stating that they are not, which would imply that any "discrepancy " presented among scholars was unanimously accepted as a "discrepancy. " True?  (Jan 9, 2015 | post #183)

If / then, ... If that is true, then newborns should respond indifferently to differing sets of presented stimuli. The observation, at least in the case study linked below, is that they don't. While interesting, ...the test is certainly inconclusive as regards a "moral code" and highly debatable. http://www.cnn.com /2014/02/12/us/bab y-lab-morals-ac360 / If / then, ... If your premise is correct, ...then even subjects of this (particular) test should not have the ability to comprehend the difference between the two scenarios, moral code notwithstanding. Yes / no?  (Jan 9, 2015 | post #181)

This would imply that God cannot control or limit the use of his omniscience, ...yes? In other words, I think you're saying that, He would not be able to see into the future, (given He had the power to control time / space / dimension ) without changing it? Thereby negating the concept of "Free will?" ?  (Jan 8, 2015 | post #170)

Which dimension? The last time I googled it, ...most physicists were in agreement that 10 dimensions exist. Some even are proposing an 11th! So I ask you again, ...which dimension? Does God exist in? Of course we all know which dimension the Universe exists in, no need to answer that.  (Jan 8, 2015 | post #169)

You seem like a bright and sincere person with my best interests at heart! Too bad you're not ready to really sit down and have a nice conversation. Top of the day to you!  (Jan 8, 2015 | post #167)

How do you think we came into existence? I ask because I feel it hinges on whether or not we posses an innate sense of right and wrong, good and bad. If we do, then your post would be in error as daily experiences would only further those conscience thoughts not originate them. I understand the concept of the tribe (society) dictating what is best for the tribe and what is good for the tribe but I fail to grasp why in that scenario, we would or could show love / empathy if it wasn't expressed ONLY to better serve our own self interests of ego and survival. Do you subscribe to survival of the fittest?  (Jan 8, 2015 | post #166)

Yes But then, why refute my opinion with scriptural controversy if it really doesn't affect your opinion one way or another? As if to say, ... "See! Your own texts lie! There is no God!"  (Jan 8, 2015 | post #165)

Scientific proof for God's existence

I think science is coming to realize that there are too many coincidences concerning our existence, as well as the existence of the Universe, to be explained away in human terms or be defined with mathematical formulas and equations. Q. What initiated what we term existence? I call it God. What do you call it?  (Jan 7, 2015 | post #128)

If and then, ... Just so I understand this, ...IF the Hebrew and Greek texts were to pass your standards of scrutiny and authenticity THEN would you be more likely to concede the existence of GOD? If yes, ...why yes. If no, ...why no. I'm not interested in opening up that can of worms per se, (been there, done that) but a brief and straightforward answer would suffice.  (Jan 7, 2015 | post #127)
