Hudson's BBQ

Haha, I'm as lily white as they come. I just know what good BBQ tastes like, and Hudson's ain't it.  (Apr 28, 2013 | post #6)

What Could S'more BBQ Improve on?

This. 1000 times this. No need to overpay for underwhelming food at S' more when Shane's is right up the road.  (Feb 22, 2013 | post #18)

where not to eat Gumbeaux

You're floored that a restaurant with a 2 hour wait on a Saturday night is still in business? You didn't go to business school did you?  (Jan 20, 2013 | post #5)

Chapel Hill High School

This post is devoid of any actual knowledge about how the county's redistricting effort turned out. They did everything they could to make sure they couldn't be accused of sending all the "Section 8" kids to NMHS, even though the school was built near several prominent Section 8 neighborhoods. They drew the lines so horribly that no one but the board could defend them. They were so bad that there was serious talk of redrawing the lines less than a year after the new lines took effect. Seriously, do your homework.  (Jan 13, 2013 | post #8)

Fiscall Cliff Deal

First of all, its 26(do you comprehend the things you read or just repeat liberal talking points?) and yes, if she's 26 and still living at home she's a "user" as you call it. Grow up, get a 2nd or 3rd job and provide for yourself. By the time I was 26 I had been married for 5 years and working for 10. There are jobs out there to be had if you want to work.  (Jan 3, 2013 | post #13)

Fiscall Cliff Deal

Would've been better just to go over the so called "cliff". This is a terrible deal. No real spending cuts, which is what the country needs. More revenue is useless unless spending gets cut drastically. The cliff would've done that. As for the payroll tax Thomas, it reverted back to 6.2% from 4%. It was never at 25%, and it wasn't going up to 25%. I hope someone else does your payroll and taxes, because your lack of knowledge on these issues is frightening if you really are a small business owner.  (Jan 3, 2013 | post #10)

12 reasons to vote for a Democrat

5) Actually, that's exactly what the 2nd Amendment does. It has nothing to do with personal protection. It's the deterrent that keeps representative government from becoming autocratic dictatorship.  (Jan 3, 2013 | post #18)

“Django Unchained”: ‘…It’s Preparation for Race War’

And yet white people get blamed for all the racial problems in America. So every white person deserves to die for something that happened 150 years ago?  (Dec 31, 2012 | post #3)

Special Education in Douglasville

You've posted twice and still have not adequately stated what your concern is. What are you specifically concerned about regarding Sp Ed in Douglas County? Or are you just another person bashing the school system and the people who work there?  (Nov 26, 2012 | post #6)

Charter Schools Amendment

A) Profits are a sign of a good business model, no matter how much the president demonizes them. B) We've already established that for-profit schools are expressly prohibited in the bill, so find a new reason to whine.  (Nov 7, 2012 | post #243)

Charter Schools Amendment

Dang, all that lying couldn't buy PAGE, GAE, and the School Board Association a victory? Congratulations to the children and parents of GA, you now have options to improve your education.  (Nov 6, 2012 | post #240)

Are Democrats rigging the election?

They always try. Last election it was voting machines in Nevada, this year there are already reports in Pennsylvania of machines turning Romney votes into Obama votes. Poll inspectors have been thrown out of Philadelphia polling places, and there are also concerns about voting machines in Ohio.  (Nov 6, 2012 | post #2)

Mitt Romney The Antichrist Christians Beware !

You mean all those green energy companies that went bankrupt? 60 something at last count. The only reason they survived as long as they did was because they got Stimulus money. 8 million jobs? Are we just making up numbers now? Obama won't even lie that badly, he only claims 5 million created or "saved", whatever that means. Try again, this argument doesn't hold water.  (Nov 5, 2012 | post #188)
