People need to know the facts of the story. Why not get down to the nitty gritty of the so-called certain "aliens" lies to the government. They are the ones who brought in their children as interperters for their parents/grandparen ts. Ms. Alloway only put information on their taxes that these "aliens" stated to her - if it could not be used - she wouldn't - So, instead of these "aliens" getting into trouble they passed the buck to Ms. Alloway - Who knows what they were threatened with - deportation? what to say what they said against Ms. Alloway. All you people who know Ms. Alloway knows better not to listen to the papers or the news - they twist and turn everything to make a person look bad even when they are not. All for Ms. Alloway - we know you do your job and not faulter - it obviously is the language barrier between the parents to their kids --- (Aug 6, 2008 | post #3)

Reply to Jim in Ridgeway - yeah, and that is just something how you can do what he did - these people are very crooked - i just don't understand - these people have lied and has played the government so well - it is just amazing how gullable the government is. Two months after he spent 7 days in jail - i received a letter for the DA in Harrison county for a survey on how they did. Let me tell you - #1) they never contacted me after the shooting, like the cops said they would, #2) they should have called me in PA to see how I was (fine, but still), i was never offered to go to court when he did, and #3) the office for Victims Advocat (DA-office) don't obviously really care. Harrison County Needs to CLEAN up the system and get people to do their job with the amount of money they are spending - where are the fair people - oh, i forgot, when you are "someone in office" screw everybody else - "it is all about them - and how they spend your tax dollars" - living high off the hog. What about the man/woman who work their butts off to get what they have??? Where does the common man fit in this picture. May GOD be with all of us and our decision making. (Jul 31, 2008 | post #11)

"Concerned Citizen" His mother has not been pocketing his SSI checks, why do not have the whole truth - it is easy from anyone coming from the outside to say whatever - garabage, of course. The mother of these children had a car to take her own kids to the doctor - besides, we all know the grandmother, and she did not have a car - they only have one vehicle that runs, which her husband takes to work. Again, there were never any threats made to the wife (accuser) or even to the grandparents' grandchildren - never, ever. Obviously you are somewhat ghetto - boyz should be spelled boys - dah - Oh, by the way, their son Brian is allowed to see his children - your information is wrong. A husband tells his wife that he wants a divorce and two days later she comes up with this crap. We all know that you wanted my brother and he denied you. I see why you are upset. Ms. Jamie I sure in the heck do not know where you get your lame information, but needless to say, it is very lame - not the facts for sure. I was in the town of Jewett. I was with my brother Brian at Woods' grocery store. I do know the facts. My brother was not questioned by the sherriff's department until the next day. So the evening in question that you supposedly know what the heck you are talking about. My family and I along with other friends were at my parents. (Not that I owe anyone a reason - because I don't, however, truth needs to be said - not second hand stuff). I first off was in my daughters vehicle - never once did i do this supposed jeering/spinning my tires to throw gravel - where you got that - oh wait, it must be second-hand crap. Nothing in the police report was ever mentioned about "deer". How stories get all screwed up when they again, are second-hand. First off, it was your husband driving - they drove by my parents house and thought that they saw my brother on the porch - but needless to say, it was my parents friend having a cigarette. They drove by and started saying "crap" - that is when i got into my daughters vehicle to check out the other property owned by my parents. That is where your husband and his alcoholic friend was stopped in the middle of the road to where i could not get around. The passenger (JR) got out of the passenger side vehicle with a beer in his hand, staggering - yelling profanity - then your husband gets out and states "you do not know who you are messing with". That is when I shined the spotlight on his license plates. In the meanwhile, they are walking up to my vehicle - of course, i was shining the light - hello - two men get out of their vehicle in the night coming towards a woman in her vehicle where she cannot even escape if she wanted to.. As i was going back to my parents house that is when your husband and JR get out - do their shooting - It was not an hour for the cops to show up (second-hand misinformation - again), the cops were in the neighborhood and it took 10 minutes for them to show up. That is when they took my report and stated they knew who it was. They proceeded over to JR's and he stated that he was supposedly shooting at "flying coyotes" and your husband stated "he shot the gun in the air (JR). Here it tells you that they do not have their story straight. So, miss perfection, why don't you tell me why wasn't the deer mentioned at the time of his arrest. Besides, i am sure you are getting your lame information second-hand - trying to defend your husband - because he was drinking and driving. That is cool. (Dec 11, 2007 | post #4)
Man Accused of Rape with NO EVIDENCE - Is Something Wrong??
I find it very odd that there was no physical evidence or DNA Evidence in this case and they find this man Guilty. The child service guy that was on the stand admittedly said he coerced those girls after the jury saw the taped vidoe. The mother was caught lying on stand, the doctor stated that the only thing wrong with the girls is that the middle one had a yeast infection and a rash due to uncleanliness. How is it you have a jury of your peers and they were not obviously at the same trial as the man being charged. There was lying - perjury - nothing to state that this man should be found guilty. The only person that should have been found guilty is the woman who falsley accused him of these things. It is pretty bad that when a man no longer wants to be with their spouse - the woman can be so devious to accuse the man of such crimes that were never committed. What is this world coming to? Why should we let her get away with such - it would be totally different if any or all of her accusations against this man were true - but during trial - there was nothing proven. WHERE WERE THE JURY AT??? We are suppose to trust each other. Let our peers see - there was substantial reason beyond a doubt - OBVIOUSLY - the jury was set up or they were at a totally different trial. You now made the choice to send an innocent man to Prison for something he has not done. All i ask is WHY? NOT LETTING THIS GO - (Oct 23, 2007 | post #1)
