How does under-staffing, zero qualified salesmen, and little product in stock help put the customer first? Most on this site are upset because we see the corporate office make the wrong decisions as far as the customer is concerned. I agree 100%. The whole plan is to remove all full time staff and replace them with part timers. (Saves on benefits). Corporate believes that customers will shop our stores regardless of the stores staffing or condition. Therefore, replacing specialist is another step towards overhead.
