You obviously don't understand their situation at all. #1 That Mercedes is called a "Sprinter " and they have 4 kids. A pretty smart investment if you ask me. It has a 4 cyl. Mercedes engine in it. It is made by Dodge. Probably gets better gas mileage than most Chevy suburbans and costs as much, if not less than. http://www.dodge.c om/en/2009/sprinte r/ #2 They were screwed out of their mineral rights. They bought that house counting on that money for helping them to live the life they wanted, were currently living, and chose to live. They were told those mineral rights were theirs and CBTX intentionally put their name on those checks (which was illegal), kept them from cashing them so they couldn't make the payment on their house, then when they got behind on the payments.....myste riously made their name on the checks "disappear ". What Commercial Bank is doing and has done.....it is a scam. Ask any con artist and they will tell you the same thing. If you can't see what is going on then you are blind and Commercial Bank of Texas has been screwing the people of Nac for decades. The Cullers.....They are extremely smart people. Smarter than you apparently. Matter of fact they are practically geniuses. All of them. What has happened is that CBTX has met their match. They haven't had anyone smart enough come along and challenge them...until now. Tony, Renee, Serah, Layla, Alexandra, & Sophia.....we miss you guys.
