How many points will Vikes lose by?
Kim don't feed the trolls. The houston idiot has shown up all year. He's a gae-seki, ship-hal nom. Sorry don't have hangul fonts loaded. (3 hrs ago | post #3)
Saints will always come in second to the Vikings. They even got the second highest rated cable show ever for MNF against the Pats. Highest rated cable show ever??? MNF Oct 5, 2010 Vikings demolishing Packers. (Thursday Dec 3 | post #14)
Wow! If you're going to talk smack pay attention and actually read what others are saying before you make an @$$ out of yourself. The reference to "prone to pass" was about Saints offense not their opponents. Unlike you who talks crap because of a bias, our smart fans like Magnum Man admit they have a bias. Doesn't matter about your offensive stats. Saints and Vikings are the top 2 teams in the league and outclass everyone except each other. In every season there's one game where the ball bounces wrong or the zebras make a BS call. Vikings had there bad luck game against the Steelers even though they outclassed Steelers in every aspect. The Saints bad luck game is still to come. Who knows it could be against the Vikings and Saints end up 17 AND 1. (Wednesday Dec 2 | post #10)
I don't think HFA against the Saints will be too big of a factor. Vikings can get #2 seed and still be strong at New Orleans. The Saints do not have a consistent history with their fans like the Vikings do. The Metrodome on a bad year is louder than Superdome this year. I've watched Saints game and the crowd is enthusiastic but not in same league as some of the nosier stadiums. Of course the easy way to take away HFA is to score quickly and shut their fans up. Vikings have been the best first quarter scoring in the NFL this year. (Wednesday Dec 2 | post #5)
I'm going with Childress on this. A QB like Bradford slides to late 1st round, Vikings take him. Otherwise they take a DT. Age is hitting Pat hard. These are the best "what if" choices. But it really is too early to start the drat guessing game. Vikings will pick late so it comes down to best talent available at the positions they need. Plus the way they have made impressive off season trades there may be a trade that shakes up their draft position. Lets talk draft again in Feb when it is more realistic. (Tuesday Dec 1 | post #70)
Ball slid on turf when Kluwe put it down. He picked ball up then ate it for a loss. (Sunday Nov 29 | post #83)
Another stupid post. I have nothing to do with Quinn's failure or success. I'm just a guy who watches football. Quinn plays it. In your twisted mind you think you are coach, player and GM. Sorry, April, you too are just another person staring at a TV screen. (Friday Nov 27 | post #50)
Nice totally unbiased opinion. I have so much respect for your post I'm willing to drive across the country to bring you a tissue to dry up your tears. (Wednesday Nov 25 | post #6)
Golden turkey and amber beer. I love fall colors. (Wednesday Nov 25 | post #3)
Plus, other NFC teams are showing serious cracks. Even the Saints are suffering the injury bug and its not if they will lose but when and how many times. I think it starts this week with New England coming to the Big Easy. NFC East is inconsistent and Cardinals are too. (Tuesday Nov 24 | post #3)
Ok so it was Detriot. Favre faced them twice this year and he didn't get 4 TDs against the Lions. In fact, 4 has 3 total TDs against them in 2 games. Sure Lions D is not the best as shown by Drew Brees throwing 6 TDs in the first game. However, Quinn's 4 is next highest total. No other QB has gotten 4 against the Lions. So apparently throwing 4 TDs against them is still fairly significant. I'd love to see you try to QB against the Lions. While pathetic, they are still NFL caliber and they would cream you. (Tuesday Nov 24 | post #46)
Way to go April. Quinn wore out his welcome at Cleveland. 304yds and 4 TDs doesn't sound like he wore out his welcome. It sounds like he gave them hope. Plus, Jackson will not get an extension. He will be gone next year. (Sunday Nov 22 | post #42)
We all know you wait to the last minute to see who the Vikes are scouting then get on the bandwagon of the likely pick. Go ahead and call yourself April. I'll let you have that title, April. (Sunday Nov 22 | post #29)
The only reason he wasn't fired was Favre. If Jackson would have been the starting QB, he would have been sitting next to Dick Jauron in the unemployment line. (Friday Nov 20 | post #17)
